NY Rising Stars Won The Crown!

Top Performers

Losini Kamara Forward (NY Rising Stars)- Kamara was a match up problem and carried his squad to the win down the stretch. He handles the rock like a guard and has the size to get a clean look in the lane all the time. In the closing moments he converted two 3 point plays the old fashioned way.

Paul Person Guard (NY Rising Stars)- Person is a polished guard at this young age. He got into the lane at will and glided for buckets. He gets past defenders very easy and has a natural feel for the position.

Nate Pierre Louis Guard (Team Battle)- Nate scored 13 of his 21 points in the second half. The lefty scored in transition and in traffic. He literally took over the game in the second half. He has to be the top pure scorer in the region.

David Kachelries Guard (Team Battle)- Kachelries handled some of the point guard duties especially on the break. He gets the rock up the floor quickly and will stop and pop on the break.

Lucas Hudson Guard (Team Battle)- Hudson also had some good moments. He attacked at the right moments and got his teammates involved often. This kid has a good head for the game and competes hard from buzzer to buzzer.
