Strengths: Kelly is a good finisher and looks very good while slashing through the lane or scoring transition. He knows how to adjust his shot inside to avoid shot blockers and his athleticism is through the roof. Defensively he moves his feet well, rebounds and plays the passing lanes.

Areas of Improvement: Kelly must work hard to develop his outside shot. On this level he can get away with it a little because his quickness and athleticism is that much greater than most of his opponents but on the high school coaches that scout will design defenses to expose his weakness.
