Strengths: Hayes is a fluid wing player with good and understanding of the game. He can score off the dribble and has good range on his outside shot. Right now has two-guard size but handles the rock well enough to play the one. Good Potential.
Areas of Improvement: Hayes has the tools to be very good. I would just like to see him turn the switch on high level. His skills sometimes can get overshadowed by his laid back personality. If he hits the weights in high school and develop that killer instinct watch out.
