Basketball Spotlight MDC 10U Top Performers

Mark Bradshaw (Team Nelson)

The Basketball Spotlight MDC 10U had some serious talent. Here's a breakdown of the Baby Ballers that impressed our scouts.

MDC 10 Top Performers

Mark Bradshaw Guard (Team Nelson)- Bradshaw is an aggressive gaurd that can score. He can finish in transition and can hit the open three. He is a good enough ball handler to get pass defenders off the dribble and he is strong enough to attack the lane.

Jaheim Tanksley Guard (Natural Ballers)- Tanskley despite being small in stature, But his athletic ability and super tight handle allow him to get to the rim when he slashes to the basket. His handle is something serious to watch.

Kobe Price Forward (Natural Ballers)- Price is long and athletic with an already strong body that will only continue to fill out. He loves to take the ball off the defensive glass and start the break himself.

Charles Noonan Forward (Gauchos)- Noonan is a fluid athlete, running the wing in transition and finishing plays on drives to the basket. Defensively, Noonan is very good on ball defender. I like is upside because of his length.

Eddie Davis Guard (Gauchos)- Eddie is a really good athlete and a great competitor who plays hard. Not to mention he's very aggressive. Skill-wise, Davis is a solid ball handler who can get to the rim. He goes hard on both ends of the floor.

Delshawn Jackson Guard (CBC)-Jackson can take contact while finishing and he plays at a relentless pace. He is geared for scoring and he can do it in a lot of ways. Whether it is knocking the 3 or taking his man off the dribble in traffic he can put points on the board.

Dominic Logan-Nealy Guard (Parker Running Rebels)- Dominic can attack off the dribble and utilize his explosiveness to finish at the rim. He can knock down the 3. This youngster has the knack to score and understands how important this trait is.

Darrian Dalcourt Forward (Team Rebels)- Dalcourt standouts when he gets into the as paint. His show good size and strength for a kid his age. He also has a very good set of hands that can help him score in the lane with power drop steps or baseline spins.

Justin Money Guard (Team Rebels)- Money is very coachable; He makes the right play and also shows good court vision. He’s really good at penetrating and finding guys. J-Money also shows to be a good finisher around the basket.

Devon Jones Forward (Team Rebels)- Jones has the size and talent to score and rebound. Jones is a player who has the tools and size to dominate in the paint. He got things done and even showed his scoring touch in the finals.

David Cofield Forward (CJ Hawks)- Cofield runs the floor extremely well. Cofield has good hands and scores on drop off passes created by penetration. He is a terrific rebounder on both ends of the floor and has shown a good basketball IQ.

Jari Davis Guard (CJ Hawks)-Davis has the ability to knock down the perimeter jumper he forces his defender to play close. He is a tough defender also. I think he has a versatility.

Kasim Tolliver Guard (Team Nelson)- Tolliver is a mature basketball player. He's not flashy or spectacular, he's reliable and coachable. More of a team runner than a dominant scoring threat, he'll find his niche.
