Championship Game Top Performers

Ty’shon Alexander Guard (CB Spiders)- Alexander was a facilitator in the finals. He surveyed the floor like a surgeon and either made the correct pass or took the right shot. He can score when he wants but understands that helping his teammates get better will benefit the team in the long run.

JJ Watson Guard (CB Spiders)- The high scoring guard capped off the weekend with a good showing in the finals. Defenders are at his mercy because of his breakdown ability and scoring prowess from anywhere on the floor. Sometimes it looks too easy.

Zachery Butler Guard (CB Spiders)- Sometimes Zachery’s defensive skills get overshadowed by this teams offensive studs. But today he caused some serious havoc pressuring the rock forcing turnovers. Offensively, he showed fine form on his shot and unselfish play.

Jatirious Smith Forward (CB Spiders)-Smith continued to flourish in the finals. He beat the Worldwide forwards down the floor for easy buckets. He also continues to show his ball handling and play making ability. He makes this squad tough to beat.

Isaiah Swan Forward (Worldwide)- Swan registered another double/double in the loss. He dominated the glass for the most part and made held down the paint the best he could. He shouldn’t hang his head about the loss because he had an enormous weekend.

Collin Sexton Guard (Worldwide)- Sexton distributed the rock a little better today. He still has a scorer’s mentality but seemed to work better with his teammates. If he keeps this up their team will spend more time in the championship round.
