Team IZOD Was Too Much

Markquis Nowell scored 37 points and Jalen Brooks added 15 markers as Team IZOD defeated New Renaissance 68-52 to win the Basketball Spotlight 12U Orange Division Championship. Daniel Klosk finished with 16 points for New Rens in the loss. Coach Reggie Carter was delighted about his team's effort. "As a first-year program with a lot of new parts, I'm surprised we played as well as we did. At the end of the day it felt good to quiet any doubters and hold that Spotlight banner."
