Basketball Spotlight 13U Top 10: Presented By AGame Apparel

Team Final still holds down the #1 spot but teams are nipping at their heels. The NJ State Tourney, Spring Fling and AC Showcase will help us answer some questions before the next rankings. Here’s our 13U Top 10 teams. Remember these rankings are only our opinion and should be taking as such.

Basketball Spotlight 13U Top 10 Presented By AGame Apparel

1. Team Final: TF have been in the lab since winning the MIT. They have the talent to win another regional crown before heading to Memphis for the AAU Nationals.

2. KYDA: This hungry crew made it to the Final Four of the NJ Got Game tourney 14U division. They are the favorite to win the NJ State crown. We will see!

3. Gauchos: The Gauchos appeared on the scene strong winning the F.A.C.E.S. Show Me Invitational and NJ Got Game tourney. They defeated then #3 The City in the finals of both tourneys. They look primed for a huge summer.

4. The City: The City has to lead the region in runner up finishes. As you read above they lost to the Gauchos in the Show Me Invitational and NJ Got Game tourney finals. They still are a dangerous team and should be taken serious.

5. Team Takeover: TT is looking to make another trip up North soon. They will have revenge on their minds and we should definitely see them at the MDC. It should be interesting.

6. Richmond Phenom: This bunch made it the finals of the U-Turn tournament 14U division. They are an experienced group therefore expect them to make a deep run. They said they will head up for the MDC to defend their Gold Ball.

7. Philly Aztecs: This is always a dangerous group. Atlantic City will tell us a lot about their fortitude. Not many teams want to see them listed in their pool.

8. NJ Got Game: This bunch stumbled in the Show Me Invitational and made to the quarters of their tournament. They have a huge weekend as they headed to the NJ State Tourney.

9. Showtime All Stars: The boys from Carolina have been chomping on the down south competition. They won the U-Turn tournament and will be returning up North at the AC Showcase.

10. Connecticut Basketball Club: Things should get interesting when CBC reaches America’s Playground on Easter Weekend. We look forward to seeing if they can make some noise in this division.
