Basketball Spotlight 14U Top 10: Presented By AGame Apparel

The 14U Rankings are heating up. The #1 suffered a championship loss in an AAU Super Regionals and other teams have moved up. Here’s our 14U Regional Top 10. Please remember these rankings are only our opinion and should be taken as such.

Basketball Spotlight 14U Top 10 Presented By AGame Apparel.

1. Starrett City: The gap has closed on this group. They made it to the finals of the Super Regionals in Virginia before losing to Team Scan. The Metropolitans Regional should be very interesting.

2. Team Scan: Scan has been on fire. They won the Spring Fling and the Super Regional. They are making a strong push for the #1 spot as the season moves on.

3. Future Players: The boys from Maryland won the AC Showcase and will be returning north this weekend at the AGame Super Shootout. We will be in the building.

4. Youth Interlock: YI still seems like a strong squad. We haven’t seen them in action lately but they will be headed to their regionals soon. The reigning Team Of The Year will need a strong push to repeat.

5. Team Nelson: Nelson will be making their top 5 case this weekend at the AGame Super Shootout. They are on a mission to dethrone YI in the Mid Atlantic Regional.

6. New Heights NYC: This rugged bunch will be headed to the Metropolitan Regionals this weekend. They should make a heavy impact before heading to the MDC in few weeks.

7. Team NJ ABC: The NJ champs made it to the Final Four at the AC Showcase. They lost to eventual champ FP but they are still the favorites to repeat as NJ 14U Champs.

8. Boston Spartans: The Spartans made it to the finals of the AC Showcase. They have one of the top players in the region in Mr. Buford and have a great chance of moving up.

9. CBC: This squad is loaded with talent and made it to the Final Four of the AC Showcase. Their versatility makes them a dangerous squad especially once the AAU Nationals roll around.

10. Team Underrated: TU won the Boston Mazzacre and we are very curious about their squad. Hopefully we will see them in person soon.
