The 12U Division almost had new #1 team in the region. Many teams made their name felt in Atlantic City. Here’s our 12U Regional Top 10. Remember these rankings are based on our opinion and should be taken as such.
Basketball Spotlight 12U Top 10 Presented By AGame Apparel
1. Team Battle: TB stumbled in AC but came back to win the crown. Now their focus is the NJ 12U State tourney. The Final Four will be held Saturday.
2. F.A.C.E.S.: The Boys in Black had another impressive showing. They are also focused on the NJ State tourney. Things should get interesting.
3. DC Assault: DC Assault will show their worth when they host their own tourney and travel to the MDC. Stay Tune.
4. New Heights: NH faced a set back in AC. They have regionals coming up this weekend before getting ready for the MDC. Their resume kept them in the Top 5.
5. Team Scan: TS Showed they were for real with a final four march in AC. They ran through a tough pool before running into TB. Now they are focused on their regional tourney.
6. Baltimore Panthers: The Panthers made a Final Four march in AC before running into their nemesis F.A.C.E.S.. We should see them again when we travel to PV for the DC Assault Classic.
7. King Street Kings: Word is this team is loaded. They blasted their way through pool play in the NJ State Tourney. We shall see after this weekend.
8. NJ Got Game: NJGG are currently in the state tourney so we will see how they make out. They have a good chance of reaching the Final Four.
9. Philly Triple Threat: PTT made some noise in AC finishing second in a serious pool. We will see them this weekend at the AGame Super Shootout.
10. Gauchos: Paul Suber makes his comeback debut this weekend at the Metropolitan Regionals. We will see how things work out for them.
