Breakdown: Canada has been on a roll lately in terms of producing talents such as Tristan Thompson (Texas), Kris Joseph (Syracuse), Myck Kabongo and rising star Andrew Wiggins. Next in line seems to be Justin Jackson from Toronto. We featured Jackson nearly two years ago as a rising 7th Grader at the Hoop Group Jr. Elite Camp. We proclaimed him then as the top prospect for that class at the camp and salivated over his potential.
