Jr. All American Camp: Saturday Report Class 2015

Perry Dozier Had His Game Flowing Saturday

The play picked up Saturday and Basketball Spotlight was in the building once again to give you information. We got a chance to check out some new ballers and saw a few repeat top performers. Here’s a breakdown of our youngest group the Class of 2015.

Top Rising 6th Grade Performers

Perry Dozier Guard (Columbia, SC)- When I found out Dozier was only going into the 6th Grade I was overly impressed with his skills. The youngster was one of the top performers in the building again. His aggressiveness and basketball IQ standouts against the competition. He played very poised and made crucial plays throughout the weekend.

Rassan Parker Guard (Trenton, NJ)- Parker is by far the smallest player on the floor but he brought his game today. “Speedy” hit the gaps with dribble drives before kicking out to teammates. He also got into a little grove behind the arc knocking down a few jumpers.

Herbert Ellis Guard (Trenton, NJ)- Ellis got a little more comfortable as the weekend wore on. He attempted a nice amount of jumpers and wasn’t afraid to lock up on defense.

James Wright Guard (Trenton, NJ)- Wright also found his comfort zone today. He got out on the break and scored some easy buckets. He also knows how to float his shot over the tall shot blockers. He can score against anyone.
