Breakdown: Dover impressed us at the NJ Adidas Jr. Phenom and put in some work at the Elite 80 Expo. He doesn’t have blazing speed but he does possess some crafty moves and ball handling moves that will allow him to get past most defenders. I haven’t seen on the AAU circuit but I’m very anxious to watch Ray in that atmosphere. He’s a Sherman Douglass type guard.
