November 27th and 28th Hoop Group Headquarters will be hosting their Thanksgiving Turkey Showdown. This event is open for Grammar School, Travel Teams, CYO Teams and AAU Squads.
What’s good everybody? This is your boy “Fresh” and this weekend was good for me. Saturday I went to the recreation center up the street from were I live to play basketball. I did good playing with high school guys. One game I actually had 37 points and it felt great. At the recreation center it is just pick- up games but they keep stat sheets and a shot clock to keep the time. After that I went home and took the hottest bath ever because I was mad sore. For the rest of the day I just chilled and watch ma boy KD and B-ROY go at it. Sunday I went to ma boy Kahlil Dukes’ house because we go to the same school. So we just chilled, ate pizza and went on you tube. We were comparing each others favorite high school player to see who was better.
Besides that I been having a few problems in school that’s why I couldn’t make it to the Adidas camp last weekend, but I bounced back from it, so now everything is gravy…. LOL!!! For the rest of this week I am going to the Boys and Girls club so I can chill with my coach and help workout the little kids. My grades in school have to be picked up in two classes (Spanish and English) but besides that I’m doing ok. I get distracted at times and lose focus. In terms of basketball I am mostly working on my strength and my IQ which is my weakness. If I want to be dominant on the next level I have to go harder than anyone else. Also if I want to win the POY trophy I have to work out 24/7 day and night.
But until then, word of advice for the younger ballers that want to make it, “stay humble and stay focused”. Aight ya’ll Imma keep you posted for next week!!!
Can "Kid Mamba" And Crew Take Their Winning Ways To Team Final?
The basketball season has arrived and Basketball Spotlight will kick things off with our season previews. We decided to do breakdown each AAU district by age or area and give you an inside look to some of the teams. Here’s look at the New Jersey 13U Division. (Remember some things can change because no rosters are set.)
Team To Beat: Team Final
The name has changed but the members pretty much remain the same including the Big Three (Tyus Battle, Jamir Harris and Darius Gillon). Two Top 5 finishes has this group riding high into the season. The real question is can they win it all this year and take home a fourth consecutive Basketball Spotlight Team Of The Year!
Dark Horse: F.A.C.E.S.
The “Killer Bees” will be buzzing once again and have added another defensive specialist in Jagan Mosley. Ray Montilous and Christian Ford will be called on to provide the scoring. We get a look at this group early as they will defend their Grand Finale crown.
Preseason Player Of The Year: Tyus Battle (Team Final)
Last season I really believe “Kid Mamba” became a victim of his own success. He has accomplished so much in so short time that his expectations from spectators are through the roof. I guess that’s the life of a young stud! This season I expect Battle to turn his game to another level and possibly gain “The Stamp”. We haven’t giving one out in a while so it’s definitely due.
Preseason 1st Team Tyus Battle (Team Final) Jamir Harris (Team Final) Gilberto Cue (KSK) Ray Montilous (F.A.C.E.S.) Matthew Bullock (KSK)
2nd Team Keith Washington (Team Final) Asante Gist (KSK) Darius Gillon (Team Final) Christian Ford (F.A.C.E.S.) Brad Hawkins (Team Final)
3rd Team Kasahn Morgan (KBR) Jagan Mosley (F.A.C.E.S.) MJ Richardson (Playtime Panthers) Shyquan Gibbs (F.A.C.E.S.) Kyle Elliot (NJ Got Game)
This is “The General” checking in with another week of my life.
In the beginning of the week I had tons of homework in all my classes so I had to take care of that before any basketball. I thought I had school practice, but then found out that it doesn’t start until next week. I was disappointed, but worked out with my Dad instead. We worked on form shooting, floaters, and foul shots, which I need to make when it comes crunch time in the 4th quarter. I love shooting and playing with my dad ‘cause he helps me a lot on my game and if I’m not shooting it right then he’ll break it down and tell me what’s wrong with it, then fix it. I can’t wait till that one-on-one when I beat him though! LOL
It was cool not having to wake up early on Thursday and Friday. I worked out by myself during the day. Sometimes I like shooting by myself because I get to think about the game, and picture defenders and try different moves. If my shot isn’t falling, I get to figure out whats wrong with it instead of my dad telling me. I also spent a lot of time hanging out with my Great Grandmother. We talked about a lot of stuff. I like talking to her because she lived during WWII, The Vietnam War, and The Beatles. I ask her a lot of questions and she does all the talking. She tells me stories about when she was a little girl and how different life was then.
Saturday was a big day in our house. It started with my Got Game practice, which I always look forward to. We had lots of energy and we went hard. Shout out to Owen Mcleod who is out for a little while due to a hip injury and Isaiah Stills who is sick right now. We only had 6 players so we ran our plays and at the end we played 3 on 3 working on the pick and roll game. I like doing that because it gives our big man Marcus and me a chance to work together. It’s important for us to get this ‘cause there are a lot of options off that and we can get buckets! After that we went to Union City to watch my little brother Marquis play in the parish basketball league. He played well, and the game was exciting as they won in overtime by 2. It was a little strange because I’m always the one playing in the nail-biting games, but today was Marquis’ day. After the game we stayed for Marquis’ practice then my other brother Marcellus had practice after that. During their practices my man Hallice Cooke came up to the gym and I got the chance to have a little workout with him. I like working and playing with him because his intensity level is always high and I love challenges. It was a full day of basketball for us.
On Sunday we had our final Zoo Crew regular season game against South Mountain Select. The South Mountain team played hard, but we just executed well. We were able to control the flow of the game and I found my scoring rhythm as well. I also had a lot of assists and even got a rebound or two. I like getting assists because it’s a good feeling knowing that you helped someone score a basket. Marquis also got in the game. He had a nice jumper in the paint over the big man, and the crowd went crazy! Now it’s playoffs, can’t wait!
What's up everybody, it's the "Shoota". I had a really good one this week. First, my school was closed Monday and Tuesday there was a heating problem. I was suppose to have a social studies test on Monday, so the test was changed to Wednesday, that was cool because it gave me two more days to study. On Wednesday we were ready to take our test and my teacher surprised everybody and said it's an open book test. We didn't get them back yet but I know I got an A. The rest of my week at school was smooth.
Monday night we got a chance to play Camden Catholic again, we only had five players for the game, but everybody was focused. My boy "Fresh" put the game out of reach at the end with four straight floaters, I'm not sure what the score was, but I know it was more than 15 though. Roman Catholic was there checking some of our players out, it was a good game for them to watch because everybody played good offensively and we got done on the defensive end.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I worked out at TCA, we did strength training and a lot of conditioning drills, we didn't get a chance to do anything else so I went to the local Y to get my shots up and work on my ball handling. On Friday at TCA after our conditioning drills we scrimmaged, it was physical and really competitive; I like those kind of games.
Saturday the regular season started at Funsport in Brooklyn. We only had four players available, so we picked up one our players from the Team Final family, shout out to Tyrus Battle for helping out and holding his own. We won both games, and in the process I picked up another name "Mr. Nice". I was hyped after that...lol.
Sunday my school team had our first game, we played against TCA's middle school, from what I heard they were talking all week about blowing us out. We won by 25. Nuff said!!.....I had a chance to dunk in this game, but I missed, my dad said I tried to dunk it too hard that's why it hit the back of the rim.
A lot of things are going on around the AAU world right now. So we decided to hit a couple of our sources and bring you another “Word On The Street”. Remember most of this information is not concrete as of yet but mostly from the rumor mill.
National Champs Break UP?
My sources from the Carolina’s have reported that the Reigning 12U National Champions South Carolina Ravens are no more. Apparently standouts Ty Graves, Keenan “The Problem” Black and Madison Cone will return home to North Carolina to play with the CB Spiders. It looks like the CB Spiders will have to be one of the favorites to take home the national crown this year in Memphis.
Men In Black Are Back?
Coach Cole ended the speculation and has announced that his F.A.C.E.S. squad that dismantled a last season are back together and looking for redemption. The Philly Boys (Taylor and Jolaoso) have returned and scoring guard Trey Lowe has also returned from NJ Got Game. This group will be playing in the Grand Finale and I know they will bring out the black uniforms.
Harlem Elite?
My Big Apple sources have told me that Coach Steve Harris formerly of the Gauchos has decided to bounce from the Choz and form his independent squad named Harlem Elite. I know if Steve is involved he will bring serious energy to this squad. I also hear that his first major pickup will be Shamorie Ponds. Things could really get interesting for Steve and his crew. We will keep you posted as this develops.
The Sheraton Hotel in Tinton Falls, NJ will be one of the host for the Grand Finale 2010. Teams interested in lodging need to contact the hotel or click on the link below to register online. The cut off date for the $99 dollar discount is November 15th, 2010 so be sure you register before this date. We should have a few more hotels available tonight.
Hello Basketball World. It’s "Fresh" back to tell you about my week. This week was about moving on to the next level in basketball. Monday Team Final had a game and we bounced back from the last week’s performance to win against Camden Catholic by 15, everybody had a good game. There were no official practices for Team Final this week, but I can't go a whole week without a workout. So, Tuesday Coach Pervis gave me a personal workout. We worked on new finishing moves and what to do in different situations. Coach P came at me for 3 mins and I was sore for 2 days... Lol Wednesday I missed my 1 on 1 with Coach Fred. I was supposed to be taking a quick nap but fell asleep for 4 hours.
Thursday and Friday there was no school. Thursday I stayed in and watched Derrick Rose go at the Knicks even though they lost he always brings heart to the game. Then I watched KD and B-Roy go at it. I learned a lot from both games. Friday both Malik and I took advantage of our day off and had another 1 on 1 with Coach Pervis, we went over the same things from Tuesday, but it’s all new to me so it was important that I processed what he was teaching me. Malik stayed the night we went to my game at the Aztecs Future Legends League. We won against PYO (Horace Spencer) 41-16. For a team that has only played together for a few weeks with no bigs we have great chemistry. Then we ended the night watching the PG battle between D-Rose and Rajon Rondo before checking my #1 player Carmelo go hard at the Clippers.
Saturday Team Final had 2 games in the Funsport League. It was the start of regular season, and we got out the car ready to make a statement. The first game was against LI Lightning. Due to injuries and shortage of players we brought two of our young players Tyus Battle and Nate Louis-Pierre. I have to take time to give them their props. Even though the teams were big with more experience they played excellent. Both played very great defense. I must say "Thank You" to the both of them because we needed them and they came to play. Back to the games.... As a team we did good against LI' s 6'6 center especially without Treyvaughn Wilkerson and Tim Delaney, we won by 15 or 20. The 2nd game we played CP3 Elite, we started out doing too much, but once we buckled down we pulled out the "W" by 10. I love the man on the MIC he give you nicknames. Sam"The Relentless", Malachi "Mr. Nice" and me "Baby J-Kidd. That was a long day we didn't get home until 1 am but it was well worth it. So you know what I did on Sunday laid back and watched sports. Til next week, size doesn’t matter if you bring your "A" GAME. Stay tuned for more from Lamarr "Fresh" Kimble

The basketball season has arrived and Basketball Spotlight will kick things off with our season previews. We decided to do breakdown each AAU district by age or area and give you an inside look to some of the teams. Here’s look at the New England 13U Division. We understand that these teams don’t play in the same AAU district but as we see more teams from this area our previews will expand next season. (Remember some things can change because no rosters are set.)
Team To Beat: MABC Bengals
They have a serious one/two punch in Adim and Allen. They made some serious noise at a few Spotlight events including a Final Four run at the MDC. During the Nationals they made their presence felt while competing in a tough pool. I’m very anxious to see how this squad will respond to play this season.
Dark Horse: CT Elite
They finished #6 at the Division 2 Nationals. They have one of the best shooters in the region in Thomas “Automatic” Jackson and a few decent players to go around him. They will get tested in their state tourney as CBC should be entering the field this year.
Preseason Player Of The Year: “Hail” Ceasar Adim (MABC)
Few can argue about this kid’s dominance last season. He made the All tournament team at the Grand Finale and MDC while also leading his team to the AGame Tournament Championship. This season many teams will be keying in on Ceasar but he should be up for the challenge.
Fresh Face: Tremont Waters (CT Elite)
Which ever team this kid decides to play with will get a great boost. He has a cleaver handle and the art of scoring the rock from anywhere. We hope he rocks with someone that comes down Route 95 to the Spotlight events so we can see him in the fire.
Preseason 1st Team Ceasar Adim (MABC) Jamal Allen (MABC) Thomas Jackson (CT Elite) Tremont Waters (CT Elite) Keandre Fair (CBC)
Other Players To Watch Chris Jones (CT Elite) John Jenkins (CT Elite) Will Hardie (CT Elite)
Reports from Louisville, KY was that Justin Jenifer was the best 2015 point guard at John Lucas Camp. He ripped through the defense and amazed the scouts with his ability create him and his teammates. Check out the video and an article from my boy Rob Taylor of Buckeye Prep Report.
Breakdown: Monroe shows a lot of versatility from the wing spot. He’s able to dribble past big forwards or post up smaller guards. His jump shot is wet at times but he really makes his money converting in traffic. He was one of the starring forwards at the Super Showcase. Check out his video from this past AAU season.
Breakdown: Tim doesn’t have the national buzz like some of his other teammates but he might have the best long term potential. He’s 6’7 right now and probably will max out close to 7’0. On offense he has soft hands, improving footwork and decent touch. Defensively, he clogs the lane, hits the boards and is a capable shot blocker. Team Final Director Rob Brown also sees his potential. “I coached Brian Zoubek when he was young and Tim is definitely further along in his development at the same age”. Basketball Spotlight will keep you posted on his progress.
Basketball Spotlight will be headed to Inglewood, California for the Nike Challenge Camp. The event is heating up and has added some of the top players in the country. The top 3 California players respectively of their class are scheduled to attend. This is turning into the premiere event on the West Coast.
Class 2015 Tyler Dorsey: Dorsey is rated as the top 8th Grader in the California and probably in America. He has been getting busy on the high school circuit and already has the size for his position. It’s been about a year since I saw him rock so I’m very anxious to see him in action.
Class 2016 Derryck Thornton: “Houdini” has shown he’s the best point guard in the country at several events. He recently starred at Pangos Frosh/Soph Camp and EAT All American Clinic featuring some of the best High School Players in the country. I can’t wait to see the youngster get busy again.
Class 2017 Damon Harge: Harge looks good on his highlight reel but we will get to see him live once we land in California. You can’t deny his quickness and play making ability but we will give you a better analysis after this camp.
Adrian Moore was one of the best players at the 12U Nationals. The athletic wing was one a few players actually to dunk the rock during this event at the Boo Williams Center. Check out Moore as he catches a breakaway flush on the main court. We will be having more coverage on Adrian coming soon!
The basketball season has arrived and Basketball Spotlight will kick things off with our season previews. We decided to do breakdown each AAU district by age or area and give you an inside look to some of the teams. Here’s look at the Mid Atlantic 13U Division. (Remember some things can change because no rosters are set.)
Team To Beat: Delaware Finest Stars
The Division 2 National Champs play a physical style that frustrates opponents. They have one of the top guards in the region in Antwon Peace and the complimentary pieces to go around him. Teams will be hunting for this group this year so I hope they are ready.
Dark Horse: Philly Triple Threat
PTT made serious noise at the 12U Nationals last season by knocking off several top opponents. I love their backcourt and some of the other pieces they possess. We will get an early look at them during the Grand Finale.
Preseason Player Of The Year: Anthony Carr (Philly Triple Threat)
Carr showed he was one of the best guards in the region with his play last season. He was ranked as the #6 best combo guard at the 12U Nationals and capped his season off with a stellar performance at the Super Showcase.
Emerging Star: Khalir Johnson (Philly Aztecs)
Johnson has been on the grind and has impressed us at several events. He’s the most skilled post player in this region and has a chance to take home POY honors. He’s a dominant inside force. His squad is scheduled to come to the Grand Finale.
Preseason Mid Atlantic 1st Team Anthony Carr (Philly Triple Threat) Khalir Johnson (Philly Aztecs) Antwan Peace (Del. Finest Stars) Stevie Jordan (Philly Aztecs) Quadir Phillips (Philly Peacemakers)
Breakdown: Taylor was one of the youngest players at the CT Jr. Phenom. The scoring guard with long arms used his smooth game to put up buckets. He looked his best in transition while weaving through back pedaling defenders. I also like how Atiba rebounds the rock and starts the fast break himself. He has a good feel for the game. He looks like a bay Jalen Rose.
Will The Combined Squad Make DC Assault A National Title Contender?
The basketball season has arrived and Basketball Spotlight will kick things off with our season previews. We decided to do breakdown each AAU district by age or area and give you an inside look to some of the teams. Here’s look at the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) 13U Division. We understand that these teams don’t play in the same AAU district but as we see more teams from this area our previews will expand next season. (Remember some things can change because no rosters are set.)
Team To Beat: DC Assault
The combined squad has to be the favored to win several events in this area. They have guards for days and the rumor mill have them picking up a big man from Slam and Jam. I can’t wait to see this crew at the Spotlight events and I will be traveling to the DC Assault Classic once again.
Dark Horse: Annadale Bulldogs
Now with only one DC Assault squad the Bulldogs should move up the later. They are a well coached bunch with a talented scorer in Randall Gaskins. We will keep an eye on this bunch.
Preseason Player Of The Year: Alani “Showtime” Moore
The cat is now out the bag. Moore is known nationally as one of the top floor generals. Now with more weapons at his disposal expect the wins to pile up. “Showtime” has a serious resume and steps up every time things get real.
Comeback Season: Everett Winchester (Sam Cassell All Stars)
Nagging injuries caused Everett to miss several events last season. This year we hope to see him return to form and show his full arsenal. We will definitely be checking him out throughout the season. Keep you posted!
Preseason DMV 1st Team Alani Moore (DC Assault) Anthony Cowan (DC Assault) Reggie Gardner (DC Assault) Jamar Watson (DC Assault) Joe Hampton (Force One)
2nd Team Daveyon Barnes (Baltimore Panthers) Chris Lykes (DC Assault) Randall Gaskins (Annadale Bulldogs) Jamir Moultrie (DC Assault) Ako Adams (DC Assault)
3rd Team Everett Winchester (Sam Cassell All Stars) Kobe Davis (Fairfax Stars) Terrence Davis (DC Assault) Chauncey Pittman (Fairfax Stars) Khalil Richards (Baltimore Panthers)
George Pena and Jared Rivers scored 16 points apiece and Shamorie Pond added 13 markers as the NYC Gauchos defeated F.A.C.E.S 56-42 to win the Grand Finale 11 and Under title. F.A.C.E.S. got 8 points apiece from RJ Cole, Shaquan Gibbs, Ray Montilous and Javon Reis Wilson. The Grand Finale 2010 is shaping up to be the best one ever. Don't miss out on this one!
What’s happening everybody? This is “ The General” with another hectic week.
Monday I had a lot of homework so when I got home I did that first. I had to get it done early because later that night I had tryouts for the middle school basketball team. We have a good squad. We haven’t lost a game in 2 years and are back-to-back champions. We have 6 AAU players, Austin Goodluck and Omari Dill-Pettiford of St. Michaels, Azzur Taylor of F.A.C.E.S, Michael Runcie of K.S.K., and Nile Godfrey of the NJ Pirates. We also have some good players that don’t play AAU. We hope to win it again this year but we know we have to keep working cause teams want to break our streak. Not happenin’! LOL
Tuesday I had tons of homework and a project to work on for Language Arts. This project counts for two test grades so I have to do well on that. I made time to do some pushups, sit-ups, toe raises, and lunges. I have to get stronger so I can take the bangin’ and holding that guys do.
Wednesday was the second day of tryouts for my school team. We did some drills and scrimmaged for the rest of the time. I can’t wait until the season starts. I think our first game is against our cross town rival Maplewood. My man Anthony Starzynski plays for them so it should be fun.
Thursday we played 14u F.A.C.E.S in the Zoo Crew league. They’re always tough to play. It was weird playing against my former teammates Ahmad Harrison and Trey Lowe. I played with Ahmad the last 3 seasons and Trey last year at NJ Got Game. All the best to them and I miss them. I played OK I just couldn’t find my scoring rhythm so I had to do the little things to help us win. I had a bunch of assists, and hit 2 free throws at the end to increase our lead. They hit a three at the buzzer to put it into overtime. We ended up pulling it out and winning by one. Shout out to Owen McLeod for hitting a big jumper for us. It was an exciting game and the crowd was really into it.
I was disappointed in how I played personally so I spent all of my Friday after school at The Baird Center working on shooting and dribbling. I was there from 3 o’clock to 8 o’clock. I would’ve stayed longer but they turned off the lights.
On Saturday we had practice. Coach Pete talked to us about the game. He said the best part about it is we have room for improvement and we won the game. We did some drills, and scrimmaged a little at the end. I know the team was disappointed so we went hard and the energy level was high. We’re going to bounce back from the game and keep going at it. After practice I went to watch my brother’s practice at St. Michaels. I jumped in on some of the drills and scrimmaged with them. J.R Lynch was there so we went at it hard. I like playing against him cause he plays hard all the time.
Sunday was Halloween. We don’t celebrate it so I just stayed home with my family. My sister was home for the weekend from college so I just hung out with her and watched my Miami Dolphins win against the Bengals. That night we bought a lot of candy and rented G.I Joe. After a busy week it was cool to just relax.
Holla at ya next week, Otis “ The General Livingston Jr
The Basketball Spotlight Super Showcase will be returning in August. This event was a huge success and brought in more talent than any other exposure event in the country. The top players from the East Coast traveled to Life Center Academy in Burlington, NJ to get it on. No other event in the country provided this type of competition, coverage and video highlights. This year Basketball Spotlight will take the Super Showcase to an even higher level. Details about this event will be coming shortly. Stay Tuned!
The CT Jr. Phenom Camp concluded on Sunday and Basketball Spotlight was there with the coverage. Here’s a look at some of the Class of 2017 top performers on the final day.
CT Jr. Phenom Top Performers Day 2 (Class 2017)
Lucas Hudson Guard (Allentown, PA)- I mean just watching Hudson play makes you believe this youngster is a student of the game. He’s small in stature but can run a team like a true giant. He’s very vocal and understands where everyone on the floor belongs. In 3 years he will make some high school coach very happy while running their team.
Chase Lewis Guard (Ewing, NJ)- Chase spent most of his day leaking out on the break for easy buckets. He has good speed in transition and made sure he leaned his body into shot blockers before finishing.
David Kachelries Guard (Allentown, PA)- David was one the smartest players at this event. His quick and cleaver handle made way for his fluid pull up jumper. This kid gets anywhere he wants on the floor and is also capable of being a dime dropper. He was one of the top guards in attendance.
Matthew Kachelries Guard (Allentown, PA)- Matthew had his time to shine operating the Red Team. He also plays with good passion while possessing the poise and craftiness of a mature floor general. He will hurt your heart with a deep shot if he’s left open.
Ronald Gaskins Forward (Mount Holly, NJ)- Gaskins was able to bang with the bigger forwards inside. He’s a little undersized for his position but uses his quickness and effort to make an impact. We will be keeping an eye on him this season.
Endel Sanchez Guard (E. Hartford, CT)- Sanchez's size allows him to get a clean from the perimeter most of the time. He usually operates as a spot up shooter but in this event he was a little more aggressive driving to the cup. In the end his ratchet is his best weapon.
Keonte Lucas Guard (Hartford, CT)- Few players went hard on the defensive end but Lucas was the exception. He dove for loose balls and played the passing lanes well. I also like how he gets under ball handlers and uses his strength to dictate where they go on the floor.
What's up everybody, it's the "Shoota". My week at school was pretty quiet. I had one test and one quiz I did very good on both. We have one more week until the trimester is over, and I'm looking forward to making the honor roll.
On Monday night, Team Final had a game in the high school league. All I can say is we were TERRIBLE, offensively and defensively, I hope we NEVER play like that again. We should have gotten blown out, but we lost by three. We were very good last Monday and stunk up the gym the following Monday.
Tuesday, I didn't make it to my team final practice, moms couldn't take me she was doing her own thing. I think she went shopping because when she came in the house she ran right upstairs with her bags. I went to the local Y and got a good run in though. Wednesday I was suppose to workout at TCA but there was a little altercation between two players and everything was canceled, I was pissed because I wanted to get my workout in. Thursday Team Final's practice was canceled, that really messed my workout routine up. I hate to go a couple of days without a workout.
Friday I relaxed, I didn't want to because my week was already too relaxing. Friday night I went to the movies with my boys from the neighborhood. They stayed to watch another movie, but I didn't have to get up early for my Saturday morning workout.
My Saturday workout was what I needed and missed all week. Me and my boy Ronnie Paden got it in. Shout out to TCA's trainer Ralph. After my workout with Ralph, I stayed and got some shots up on the Gun, couldn't shoot as many as I wanted, my legs were tired and my arms were sore. After my long afternoon nap I studied for a bit, then I played 2K11 for the rest of the day.
Sunday I was back up early to work on some ball handling and shooting. After my workout I went to church, I always enjoy myself at church. We went to my grandparent's house after church for dinner; when my grandma calls and says she's cooking everybody comes over. It was an early Thanksgiving dinner. It was cool spending time with my family.

Hello Basketball World. It’s your boy "Fresh" back again to tell you about my week. This week was all about basketball and when I say all about the ball, I mean it. Monday, Team Final had a game, we did horrible. We weren't moving the ball or playing to win. By the way we only lost by 3, 32 to 29. Tuesday, Team Final had a great practice. We did a lot of ball handling, shooting, and conditioning. Wednesday, was my only day off the ball, I took that opportunity to watch some NBA games and relax my body. Thursday, Team Final usual practice was canceled. So I workout with Coach Fred we did all leg exercises like calf rises, vertical jumps, etc... Friday, I played in the Aztecs league. We ended up playing two games. We won against Team Zilier by 10. But the highlight of the night was the second game against Team Rebel. It was very competitive even though we were up the whole game we knew a few mistakes can cost us the game. Shout Out to Sam and Shizz they were on fire from the three point line. We played as a team and shared the sugar and won 72-69.
Saturday, I went to the ISAA Mid-Atlantic Showcase at Community College in Philly. There were high school coaches there and some of the sponsors were Modells and Powerade. There was a lot of good competition there. My team color was black and we won the championship. Our team had great chemistry as though we played together before. I gave out a lot of dimes. Sunday, I decided to give my legs a rest for our Monday night game against Camden Catholic (CAN'T WAIT). So I finished Mafia 2 time to trade it in. I watched some football and basketball then end the night with an ice bath before I took it down. Til Next Week remember play every game like it’s your last...
