My Basketball Background: Born 3/20/2004, 6’3” Point Guard/Shooting Guard for Team Durant. Attending the Maret School for high school and will be playing for Varsity Coach Chuck Driesell.

Monday: On the morning of the 2nd I woke up around 12 pm and went to an allergy appointment later that day. After the appointment I got some food and went to the gym with my dad to get shots up. Once I finished I came home iced and showered, prayed and went to bed.

Tuesday: On the morning of the 3rd I woke up around 10 am and ate breakfast. I went to the gym after that and shot around before my game that night. The game started at 9 and it was Our Team Durant team vs Dematha’s JV. Once it was over I came home ate, iced, took a shower and went to bed.

Wednesday: On the morning of the 4th I woke up around 7 am for a workout that lasted 2.5 hours at Howard University with my Team Durant Coach to work on in game shots and offensive versatility. Once the workout was over I came home and went to a cookout with my older Sister Naya and her friend. Once the cookout was over we all went to the movies to see Uncle Drew. Once the movie was over we went home and I took a shower, prayed and went to sleep.

Thursday: On the morning of the 5th I woke up around 12 pm and ate breakfast before my strength training workout. Once that was over I had lunch and went to my skills workout with my Maret Assistant Coach – Brian Kelley. Once that was done I came home took a shower, prayed and went to bed.

Friday: On the Morning of the 6th I woke up around 12 pm and ate breakfast before my Strength Training workout. Once the workout was done I came home took a shower iced, prayed and relaxed for the rest of the day.

Saturday: On the morning of the 7th I woke up around 7 am had breakfast and went to the Team Durant Practice at Georgetown Preparatory High School from 9 am to 12 pm. Once practice was over I went to Sportfit in Bowie, Maryland a few hours later to work on in game shots for an hour with my Maret Varsity Assistant Coach – Brian Kelley. After that I went home for some dinner, and after that my Dad and I went to the movies to see Ant Man and the Wasp. The movie was awesome until they brought Infinity wars into it at the end. After that I came home iced, prayed and went to bed.

Sunday: On the morning of the 8th I woke up around 7 am and had breakfast and went to Team Durant Practice at McDonogh High School from 9 am – 12 pm. Once practice was over I got food and then went over to my neighbor’s house for smores. I then came home took a shower, prayed and went to bed., It was a good week of skills training, strength training, shots up and games. I am looking forward to the Tournament with Team Durant in Augusta, Georgia next week. It has been a lot of hard work this past 12 months and I am starting to see where the work is paying off. Every week I see improvement.

Praise God!!!

Lou Hutch signing off until next week!!!!!
