Diary Of A Baller: Judah McIntyre (New York, NY) Final Entry

Judah Spotlight Life!

Hello Basketball World As they say all good things must come to an end. This is will be my final entry and I must say it was fun. This entry will be more a thank you than a diary entry.

I would like to thank Mr. Mike Melton and Basketball Spotlight for allowing me to not only write this diary, but be a part of tournaments over the years. After this year, I am moving on to high school and I am definitely going to miss the battles at the Spotlight. I also want to say that I appreciate the Clash for the Cup (This tournament usually was an indicator that my basketball season really begun) and the Memorial Day Weekend Classic (This was an indicator that summer was right around the corner and it was time for Nationals).

I would like say thanks to every team that I battled. A few that comes to mind is team IZOD, GAUCHOS, NEW HEIGHTS, KSK, NC RUNNING REBELS, TRIPPLE THREAT, TEAM FINAL, HARD WORK, DC ASSAULT, DC PREMIERE to name a few. Thanks to the drama Kings and the elite players. The competition made me better. It helped become a better leader and a better point guard.

Thanks to the “Little Ballers” crew. I believe we will be friends forever.

I would like to thank my Mom and Dad for giving me the opportunity to play basketball and follow my dream. Thank you for driving and taking me all over the country. Thanks to my sisters for the support. As a final recap, I am grateful to every played this sport and be a part of the Elementary and Middle School Elite Basketball players.

You know what! Maybe we should start an association like an Honors Society for Elementary and Middle School basketball players. Thanks again!!!

Remember – Use Basketball!!! Don’t let Basketball use YOU
