Basketball Spotlight Tip Off Classic 8th Grade Top Performers Part 5

Simeon Wilcher Guard (PSA Cardinals)-Wilcher is incredible guard that can attack the rim with ease. Sims ability to finish at all three levels is incredible. He was probably one of the best finishers we saw this past weekend. He knows how to play all the angles on the court and put his teammates in easy scoring positions.

Kalik Sharpe Guard (NY Lightning)-Sharpe is a tough NYC guard that can get to the rim at any time; we like that he does not back down from any challenges. Sharpe uses his athleticism finish at the rim with either hand.
Alex Barber Guard (NY Lightning)- Barber is an athletic guard that is still learning the game. Barber stands about 6’4 and is really good shot blocker and defender. We believe that he will be one of the best players in this class really soon.
Kamal Lee (NJ Bulldogs)- Lee is probably one of the best shooters in the class. Lee is able to knockdown the three with ease from anywhere on the floor. We like the demeanor he plays with because he never seems rushed. Lee is a good ball handler that can navigate through traffic and put his teammates in good scoring positions.
Jeremiah Jenkins Guard (Expressions Elite)-Jenkins is a great lead guard that knows how to run a team. He usually puts his teammates in great position to score and finish easy at the basket. He has a good jump shot that he knocks down of consistent bases. Jenkins plays with a high IQ and usually makes the right decision with the ball.
Jordan McClain Guard (Expressions Elite)- McClain is another up and coming southpaw guard. Jordan can get to the rim at will and finish through contact. His ability to handle the ball makes it easy for him to get to anywhere on the floor. Jordan is a good size at the two-guard spot and is a great defender too.
Terrell Pitts Forward (WE R 1)-Pitts is a high-flying slasher that can finish above rim. Pitts is super athletic and fearless. He has a relentless mentality when attacking the basket. We see a great future for him if he continues to work on his game. He helped lead WE R 1 to the Orange Division Championship.

Precise Clark Forward (Student Athlete Broncos)-Clark stands about 6’8 and is much improved player from last season. Clark is a great rebounder and shot blocker. Clark is much better at finishing around the rim and has improved his footwork. He is definitely an intimidating force in the middle of the defense.
