Basketball Spotlight 7th Grade Top 10 Team Rankings Presented Future Phenom Camp

1. Team Final: TF took home the Tip Off Classic crown. What is scary is that this squad is newly formed and will be better down the road. They will be present for the Clash For The Cup.
2. Brooklyn Bridge: BB came the crash the party at the Tip Off Classic and almost got it done by making it to the finals. Their coach Khalid has years of experience on the AAU circuit, so they will always be ready for battle.
3. Team Spartans: TS made a final four run after leaving everything on the floor. They are willing to step up to the challenge versus any opposition.
4. NE Rivals: The other New England bunch returned to the Spotlight and made a final four push. I love some of the pieces they have. I look forward to seeing them again soon.
5. NJ Shore Shots: NJ Shore Shots may have surprised some but we remember this squad from last year and they are a forced to be reckoned with. We will see them at the Clash.
6. NJ Playaz: The Playaz came through and represented themselves well. Their only loss came to semifinalist Team Spartans. They said they will be at the Clash ready for war.
7. New Heights: NH always brings a quality team to the Spotlight and this was no exceptions. I like the energy they play with and look forward to seeing them very soon.
8. NJ Bulldogs: The Bulldogs were a late entry but still made some serious noise. The Bulldogs always represent.
9. Westchester Athletics: WA took home the Blue Division crown. They made the most of their Spotlight debut and won the banner.
10. City Outwork: These boys worked their way to the championship game. Not a bad look for their first time out.
