Youngsters Invade J.E.M.: Jamir Moultrie

For the first time Basketball Spotlight has invited some underclassmen to the J.E.M. All Star Classic. Here’s Jamir Moutrie of DC Assault, Moultrie will show his skills in the 7th grade game and should put on a show. Come out Saturday and watch the prolific scorer in action at the Joyce Kilmer School.
